At Ad Campaign Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing training and career-oriented programs. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before enrolling.
1. Admission Confirmation
Admission is considered confirmed once:
- The student completes the registration process, and
- Full payment or agreed EMI/down payment is successfully made.
Upon confirmation, the seat is reserved exclusively for the student.
2. Refund Policy
🚫 Strict No Refund Policy After Admission Confirmation
Once admission is confirmed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
- Relocation
- Job commitments
- Health issues
- Lack of time or interest
- Failure to attend classes
We request all students to carefully evaluate the course details before enrolling.
3. Cancellation Before Admission Confirmation
If a student makes a payment but admission is not yet officially confirmed, the academy may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Administrative charges may apply.
4. EMI / Installment Payments
For students opting for EMI or installment plans:
- EMI commitments must be completed as per agreed terms.
- Failure to pay EMI does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
- Access to course materials may be suspended in case of payment default.
5. Batch Transfers
Batch transfer requests may be considered subject to:
- Availability of seats
- Valid reason
- Approval from management
This is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the academy.
6. Course Modifications
Ad Campaign Academy reserves the right to:
- Modify course structure
- Update curriculum
- Change schedules
- Replace trainers (if required)
Such changes do not qualify for refund.
